How Do I Change My Email?

Trying to learn how to change the email associated to your account? Read this!

At this time, email changes are manually done by the Unvale team and can only be done if you haven't created your account with the Login with Google button.

If you created your Unvale account with the Login with Google button, this means that there's no way for us to change the email associated to the account.

The options you have moving forward is:

  • Creating a new account

  • Having your account added to the Google migration list

    • Please note that this process will take a long time as to carefully transfer all of your account information so nothing is lost. There is currently not estimated time of completion.

If you created your account with our other account creation method of manually inputting your email, you can reach out to our Support Desk or Email Us for an email change.

How to Request an Email Change

When coming to request the change, you must provide your Unvale username, confirm what the current email is for your account and then provide the email you'd like to change it to.

Once the changes have been made, you'll be sent a email verification to test that you are getting emails from Unvale to the correct account.
