How Do I Change My Email?

Trying to learn how to change the email associated to your account? Read this!

At this time, email changes are manually done by the Unvale team.

You can reach out to our Support Desk via the Lumi button at the bottom right of your screen or Email Us for an email change.

Google Sign In Accounts

If you created your Unvale account with the Login with Google button, you will have to request for your account to be switched over to be a username and password sign in. For more information about this, please read our Google Login Accounts article.

How to Request an Email Change

When coming to request an email change, you must provide your Unvale username, confirm what the current email is under your account and then provide the new email you'd like to change it to.

Once the changes have been made, you'll be sent a email verification to test that you are getting emails from Unvale to the correct account. Please note, you do not need to click the email verification link once it has been received. It is sent for the sole purpose of making sure you are getting emails from Unvale to the desired address!
