If you'd like to delete your account for any reason you'll need to reach out to staff via the Help Center or by email. Please note this is a permanent, irreversible action.
You can reach out to delete your account with the Lumi button on the bottom right-hand side of your screen when accessing the Help Center.
Please include the following information in your request ticket:
The username of the account
The email associated with the account
and, optionally, your reason for wanting to delete your account
If your account has uploaded any characters, please add the word "DELETE" to your profile description (this step isn't necessary if you haven't uploaded anything)
If you would like a full data wipe, please be sure to add this in your request ticket.
