If you've created an Unvale using the Google method, here's what you need to know:
You won't have a password attached to the account!
This means that using the password reset will not work.
If you would like to have a password attached to your account, please reach out to the Support Team via the Lumi button at the bottom right of your screen.
You won't be able to change the email associated to your account UNLESS you reach out to the Support Team to attach a password to the account. Once you have a password for the account set, you will be able to also change the email and still login with the Google sign-in method of the original email.
Please note that if you try to use the Google sign-in method with a different email it will ask you to make a new account!
If you would like to change your account so that you can log in with your username and password, please contact us so that we can assist you further!
‼️Please keep in mind that switching your account over can take time! You are still free to use your account as normal until contacted about the change.
