We love getting feedback on our platform and how we can evolve! You are always free to send us a message through our Support Desk, Email or Discord to leave your thoughts with us. We accept all types of feedback from the things you love to the many things we know we need to improve.
We strive to create an environment that's welcome to as many people as possible and that includes being able to give balanced and constructive feedback. We fully believe this can be done civilly and with well intentioned wording. Do note, repetitive hostility/negative feedback given that is directly targeting community and/or team members will not be tolerated as it starts to fall under harassment. If found doing so we will do our best to work with you to understand more of where your thoughts are coming from, but if conversations are had and the same issues persist you will be asked to find another platform that better suits your needs.
How to avoid violating this guidelines
When giving feedback try to follow some of these steps:
Feedback is constructive and respectful.
Feedback is largely focused on the platform/product.
This doesn't mean you can't give feedback on the people behind the scene! We ask if you're having a personal issue/question with someone representing unvale to try speaking directly with us first! We love getting to chat with you all!
There is no use of abusive, harassing, or threatening language while sending feedback.
If the feedback surrounds a personal issue you have about the platform, try giving a suggestion of how you would like to see the problem fixed.
These guidelines will continue to evolve over time and apply to our community everywhere related to unvale. This means we may take action against accounts that violate these guidelines when we encounter a new harm that is not explicitly covered in the current version of this guideline.
We will always make our best effort to do everything we can to make unvale the best space it can be and we hope that we can all do work together respectfully. We appreciate you doing your part and thank you for being a member of our community!
