What is Ultra?
Ultra is Unvale's premium subscription! It unlocks cosmetics and perks that let you stand out across the site like profile frames, username flair, custom character themes with a color picker, bigger community limits, and exclusive badges.
There are two versions: Ultra Basic and Ultra Pro.

How do I purchase Ultra?
Go to unvale.io/ultra and pick your plan (and monthly or annual billing).
Click Subscribe and confirm your plan.
You'll be sent to Stripe's secure checkout page to enter your payment details. Unvale never sees or stores your card number. So you stay safe and secure!
Once payment goes through, you're officially an Ultra member! You'll land right in the Customize drawer to pick your badge, frame, flair, and display name.
Can I buy Ultra in the mobile app?
Not yet! Ultra is purchased on the web for now. Once you have Ultra, your perks show up everywhere, including the app.
Can I switch between Basic and Pro?
Yes!
Upgrading (Basic → Pro) happens immediately. You only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period.
Downgrading (Pro → Basic) is scheduled for the end of your current billing period. You keep all your Pro perks until then, and Basic starts on your next billing cycle.
How do I gift Ultra to someone?
Go to unvale.io/ultra/gift (or tap the gift button on a friend's profile). Pick a plan (Basic or Pro), pick a length (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) search for your friend by username, and check out. Longer gifts come with a discount that scales up (up to 30% off for a year).
A few things to know:
Gifts are a one-time charge to you. The recipient is never billed, and no subscription is started for them.
Your friend needs an Unvale account. Gifting by email isn't supported (yet).
The recipient has to accept the gift before it's applied. They'll get an email, an in-app notification, and a push notification. The gift waits for them and does not expire.

What if I get a gift but already have Ultra?
Your gift becomes Credits in your Gifted Credit Bank. Credits redeem automatically one month at a time, highest tier first. Then, when a gifted month redeems, your next subscription charge is pushed back so you're never paying for time a gift is covering. A gift below your current plan won't downgrade you; it stays banked until it's eligible. We plan on adding a way to gift your lower level gifts to others soon!
How do I cancel?
Go to Account → Ultra → Billing and choose Cancel subscription. You keep all of your perks until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Canceling just turns off future charges. Changed your mind? You can hit Resume subscription any time before the period ends.
What happens to my stuff if my Ultra ends?
Your characters keep the themes that you've already applied. As long as you don’t change it, the themes stay on your characters!
Your equipped profile frame and username flair are removed (but we remember them for when you resubscribe. They come right back).
Your custom display name turns off.
Your invite-only communities stay invite-only, but you can't send new invites to new users.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are reviewed case by case by a real person. Go to Account → Ultra → Billing and choose Request a refund, tell us what happened, and our support team will follow up by email. Submitting a request doesn't guarantee a refund, and canceling your subscription isn't the same as requesting a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take a few business days to appear.
What happens if my payment fails?
Don't panic! You keep all of your Ultra perks while we retry to keep your subscription going. Stripe will automatically retry your card over the next two weeks, and we'll email you a link to update your payment method. If the payment never goes through, the subscription is canceled at the end of the retry window.
Where can I see my payment history and receipts?
Go to Account → Ultra → Billing. You'll see every payment with its date, amount, and status, plus a View invoice link for each one. The Manage billing button opens Stripe's secure portal, where you can update your card and download invoices.
