How does Blocking work?
By blocking a User on Unvale you are preventing them from doing the following:
Following your account
Note: If a user is already following your account this will not automatically remove them. They still will not be able to interact with you in any way and will be able to unfollow, but not refollow.
Leaving comments on your profile
Leaving comments on your creations
Favoriting your creations
Favoriting your comments
Replying in comment threads you've started on third party pages
Please keep in mind that any previous comments or favorites given by a Blocked User will still appear at this time.
What are things I can still do if I Block a user?
See each others creations
Report their creations
Reply on 3rd party posts even if they've left a comment there.
Note: You won't be able to reply to each others comments
How do I find the Block Button?
To block someone, go to their profile and click the 3 dots next to the share button. From there, you can click the Block Button.
Where can I see Blocked Users?
In your Account Settings, you can find a section titled Blocked Users. From there you can see your entire list of Blocked Users and also unblock someone!
Can people tell that I've blocked them?
Not at this time, but this will likely come in a future update!
Help! I found someone who's posting Gen AI, Stolen Art, or Copyright work, but they blocked me! What should I do?
When you come across work that shouldn't be on Unvale, you can still report their creations regardless of if you're blocked or not. From there, the Unvale team will continue the investigation. To learn more about Reporting, check out this article.
