Get ready to learn all about Character Pages broken down along with some Dos and Don'ts.
What are Character Pages for:
They're for uploading your characters! Share their concepts, AUs, turnarounds, reference sheets, and more.
What are Character Pages not for:
While in the past OC pages have been a host for many things like status updates, contest announcements, pet pics, etc. we now have social posts for this!
OC/Character Pages should not be used for anything that is not your OCs/Character Art. Any post found not abiding this rule is subject to being removed, so keep this in mind!
Where to Make your Character Page
You have a couple a places where you can make your OC page. First is to click the purple button that's located on your screen.
After clicking the purple button, you'll want to click the "Add Character" button.
The other option is to click the "Add Character" button on your profile page!
Character Page Features
This is what it will look like when creating a brand new character page!
Here you'll be able to upload a primary image, write your character's name (or use our fun human written Name Generator), write a description, credit the original creator, AND add up to 25 hashtags!
When clicking on the "Upload Primary Image" button, you'll be brought to this screen. This is the screen you'll see anytime you want to upload a character image. Here you'll be able to:
Upload your image of choice
Images can only be .PNG, .JPEG, or .GIF
We can only support up to 20MB per file!
We have size recommendations, but you don't have to strictly follow them!
Credit the Artist
We know many creators get fan art of their OCs or commission work of their OCs! And we take crediting very seriously on Unvale. Here's where you can credit them.
Add hashtags for this specific image
Add a Watermark to further protect your work

Make the image private
Learn more about our Privacy tools for creations!
Images
And don't worry, you're not limited to one image! You can also add more by scrolling down and adding more to your Gallery! Click the upload button when in your Gallery tab to add more. As of right now, there is no limit to how many images you can add to one page!
Writing
Say you want to add some original written work, you can write it and save it here in the Writing tab!
Traits
Tell us a bit more about your OCs in the Traits tab! Wanna tell us how old your OC is, what color their eyes are, some of their likes and dislikes? Save yourself some description space and add it here!
Worlds
Add your OCs to your Worlds directly from this page! Go and learn more about Worlds!
Options
Get into the details and explore your Options. Here you'll be able to find
Secure your OC's privacy with the "Make Private" button.
Add some music to the page with our Spotify embed.
