UnVale is stuck on a white screen. Help!

If your UnVale site is stuck as a white page (or if you're able to see text that says "Application Error"), that likely means something went wrong on our end. Don't fear! There are ways to fix this. Here are some suggestions:

  • Clear your cookies. How you do this depends on the browser you're using. For example, in Google Chrome on desktop, you'll hit the three dots in the corner of your browser and select "Clear Browsing Data" from the dropdown menu. If you're using Safari on an iPhone, you'll need to go to your iPhone settings, select Safari, then tap "Clear History and Website Data." If you need help figuring out how to clear your cookies, you can reach out to UnVale staff, and we'll try to help!

  • Use a different device or browser. Though this fix isn't ideal, you can usually get UnVale working again by trying a different browser or device.
